• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order is complete.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• Liability: SLS is not responsible for late, delayed, damaged, or stolen items once they have been shipped. The customer assumes all risk for loss or damage.
• Delays: SLS is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including material shortages, shipping carrier delays, or acts of nature.
• International Shipping: At this time, SLS does not ship internationally.
